Célestin was born in Angers, France, in December 1996. After one year studying Medicine in Limoges, France, he went to the University Paris-Sud 11 where he started his physics and chemistry studies. After 2 years, he joined the National Superior School of Chemistry in Mulhouse, France. Now at the end of his 4th university year he is performing a three month internship at Dr. Arndtsen lab working on the palladium-catalyzed carbonylation of aryl/vinyl triflates for the synthesis of electrophilic DMAP salts and their reactivity towards nucleophiles.
