Info:
Reem completed her BSc in chemistry at the University of Windsor in 2026 and first did her undergraduate research with Dr. Eichhorn on the synthesis of calamitic and discotic liquid crystals, then joined Dr. Vukotic's lab where she did her undergraduate thesis on using high-throughput mechanochemical methods for the screening of the polymorphs of flufenamic acid. She developed an interest in organometallic chemistry, which resulted in her joining the Arndtsen group at McGill university in Fall 2026 as a PhD student. She is currently working on electrochemically driven metal catalysis. Outside of chemistry, she enjoys playing video games, watching F1 and hockey, and partying. |
